No accounts, no shop, no games on this website — so there is very little to hold, and this page explains the little there is.
Who is responsible for this
This website is published by WAFFLE ADVERTISING LTD, 85 Great Portland Street, London W1W 7LT, United Kingdom, which operates the venue at 35 Clarence Street, Port Macquarie NSW 2444.

We handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
The questions this page exists to answer
- What do you actually collect?
- A name, a phone number, a date and a headcount when you reserve. If you email us, your address and whatever you wrote. Nothing else is asked for and nothing else is kept.
- Why do you need it?
- To hold a table and to ring you if something changes. Reservation details are not used for marketing, and we run no mailing list.
- How long do you keep it?
- Reservations for twelve months, email threads for a year after the last message, and financial and liquor records for seven years because the law requires it.
- Who else sees it?
- The company hosting these pages and the bookkeeper doing the accounts, both under confidentiality terms. Nothing is sold, traded or handed to an advertising network.
- Is there any profiling?
- None. We count visits to this site in aggregate and that is the extent of it.
- Is there a player account?
- There is no account, no balance and no game history, because nothing is played through this website — the games only exist inside the shed.

Access to the personal information we hold about you.
Having anything incomplete, mistaken or long superseded put right.
Deletion where we no longer have a reason to keep it.
A complaint to us first, and then to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner if you are not satisfied.
